Job Description
We are seeking a knowledgeable and solutions-oriented Dynamics 365 consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the Dynamics 365 platform and possess a strong understanding of business processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert-level guidance, analysis, customization, and implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions to meet our clients' specific business needs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and propose tailored Dynamics 365 solutions. 2. Conduct system analysis, configuration, and customization to meet client needs. 3. Provide expert-level guidance on best practices for Dynamics 365 implementation and integration. 4. Design and develop custom reports and dashboards using Power BI and other reporting tools. 5. Train client stakeholders on the effective use of Dynamics 365 applications. 6. Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 features and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Skills & Experience
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2. Proven experience working as a Dynamics 365 consultant or in a similar role. 3. In-depth knowledge of the Dynamics 365 platform, including CRM, Finance and Operations, and Power Platform. 4. Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to effectively translate business requirements into technical solutions. 5. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. 6. Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are preferred.
